Worldwide Shipping
At Gravex Offroad Lifts™, we proudly offer shipping to customers worldwide.
While most products qualify for international delivery, certain oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for shipment to some locations.
Processing & Delivery Times
Shipping and delivery estimates are based on:
- Product availability
- Warehouse inventory
- Selected shipping method
- Destination location
Estimated delivery dates may be shown during checkout whenever available.
Transit times can vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Methods
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday may qualify for same-day shipping if the item is currently in stock.
Approximately 98% of orders leave our warehouses the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most shipments are sent using standard ground delivery, though expedited shipping options may be available during checkout.
Typical domestic ground transit times range from:
- 1–3 business days for many U.S. orders
- Longer transit times for remote or international destinations
Inventory Availability
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable or backordered, we will notify you via email with an estimated availability date whenever possible.
We work hard to maintain accurate inventory and minimize fulfillment delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Many of our products are classified as oversized or heavy-duty automotive equipment, which may affect shipping costs.
Displayed product weights may be rounded to comply with carrier shipping standards.
Free Shipping
Select qualifying products may include FREE SHIPPING within eligible regions of the continental United States.
Free shipping offers apply only to qualifying products and standard ground shipping methods.
Canada & Mexico Orders
Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico are billed in USD.
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Brokerage charges
- Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Government assessments
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Shipping Restrictions
