At Gravex Offroad Lifts™, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return process simple and straightforward.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How To Start A Return

To request a return, please contact us first at:

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions for returning your order.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return:

  • Installed or used products
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Modified products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper installation

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Domestic & International Returns

Domestic and international orders may both qualify for returns within 30 days of delivery.

International returns may be subject to additional shipping costs and restocking fees.

Important Return Notes

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds unless the error was caused by us.
  • Incomplete returns may result in partial refunds or denial of refund requests.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise.
  • Unauthorized returns may not qualify for reimbursement.
