Shipping Policy
At Reaper Offroad Lifts, we strive to provide convenient shipping options to customers worldwide. Please note that while we can ship to virtually any address globally, there are restrictions on certain products, and some items may not be eligible for international shipment.
When you place an order with us, we'll estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Shipping date estimates will be provided during the checkout process, depending on the shipping provider chosen.
It's important to understand that shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. You can find the weight of each product listed on its detail page. To adhere to the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Methods
Reaper Offroad Lifts offers efficient shipping methods to ensure your orders reach you promptly. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (PST) Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day shipping, provided the ordered parts are in stock. Approximately 98% of orders leave our warehouses the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. In the rare event of an item being out of stock, you'll receive an email notification with an expected availability date. Once shipped, Ground transit time typically ranges from 1 to 3 working days.
We primarily ship orders via Ground standard, but we also offer expedited shipping options for those who require faster delivery. Our shipments cover all 50 states of the USA, as well as Mexico and Canada.
Mexico & Canada Orders
For orders shipped to Canada or Mexico, all prices are quoted in US (USD) dollars. Please be aware that such shipments may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, and associated assessments, including Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping/handling charges applied by Reaper Offroad Lifts.
Free Shipping
Certain qualifying items are eligible for Free Shipping, providing added value to your purchase. Orders meeting the criteria for Free Shipping are shipped via ground delivery, ensuring a cost-effective and reliable shipping solution.
