Return Policy

At Reaper Offroad Lifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

30-Day Return Window

We understand that circumstances may change, so we provide a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. This means you have 30 days to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at support@reaperlifts.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover administrative and handling costs.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including products damaged due to misuse or mishandling, custom-made or personalized items, and modified products. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to us for clarification. Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Domestic and International Orders

For domestic orders, merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. International orders are also eligible for returns within 30 days, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Important Notes

To initiate a return, please contact us first to request a Return Authorization. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Shipping Label for your convenience. Please ensure that all products from the original order are included in the return shipment, as incomplete returns may affect your refund eligibility. Depending on the return reason, the cost of the Return Shipping Label may be deducted from the total refund amount; however, if the return reason is not attributed to our negligence, the label expenses will not be covered. Returns submitted without proper authorization may not qualify for a full refund, and any associated return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
